    On Amending the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for State Support to Agricultural Producers Using Reclaimed Lands and Water User Organizations 1. В пункті 3 Порядку використання коштів, передбачених у державному бюджеті для надання державної підтримки сільськогосподарським товаровиробникам, які використовують меліоровані землі, та організаціям водокористувачів, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 16 лютого 2022 р. № 133 «Про затвердження Порядку використання коштів, передбачених у державному бюджеті для надання державної підтримки сільськогосподарським товаровиробникам, які використовують меліоровані землі, та організаціям водокористувачів» (Офіційний вісник України, 2022 р., № 20, ст. 1062; 2023 р., № 52, ст. 2865): 1. Відшкодування вартості придбаних матеріалів для відновлення, техніки та послуг здійснюється у розмірі 50 відсотків їх вартості (без урахування податку на додану вартість), але не більше ніж 100 тис. гривень одному сільськогосподарському товаровиробнику. Компенсація вартості електричної енергії, використаної для подачі води на зрошення та/або водовідведення, послуг з подачі води на зрошення та/або водовідведення, очищення каналів, придбання та встановлення насосного обладнання, засобів автоматизації, водомірних приладів, регулюючої апаратури, здійснюється у розмірі 90 відсотків їх вартості (без урахування податку на додану вартість), але не більше ніж 3 млн. гривень одній організації водокористувачів. The following scanned copies of documents are attached to the application provided for in paragraph 5 of this Procedure by agricultural producers: 1) документ, що підтверджує право власності або користування земельною ділянкою сільськогосподарського призначення, на якій використовуються внутрішньогосподарські меліоративні системи; 1) a document confirming the right of ownership or use of the agricultural land plot on which on-farm reclamation systems are used; 2) копії платіжних документів, що підтверджують придбання матеріалів для відновлення, техніки та оплати послуг; 2) copies of payment documents confirming the purchase of materials for restoration, equipment and payment for services; 3) копії видаткових накладних/актів приймання-передачі, що підтверджують придбання матеріалів для відновлення, техніки та надання послуг; 3) copies of expenditure invoices/acceptance certificates confirming the purchase of materials for restoration, equipment and provision of services; 4) довідка про відсутність заборгованості з платежів, контроль за справлянням яких покладено на контролюючі органи, або витяг з інформаційної системи органів ДПС щодо відсутності у такого платника податкового боргу (у разі коли в інформації, наявній у відкритих реєстрах, відсутня інформація щодо відсутності (наявності) заборгованості). 4) a certificate of no debt on payments, the control over the collection of which is entrusted to the controlling authorities, or an extract from the information system of the STS bodies regarding the absence of tax debt of such taxpayer (if the information available in open registers does not contain information on the absence (presence) of debt).
