    **On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation** Відповідно до підпункту 6 пункту 4 Положення про Міністерство з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 05 червня 2020 року № 463, НАКАЗУЮ: 1. Затвердити Зміни до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22 грудня 2022 року № 309, зареєстрованого в Міністерстві юстиції України 23 грудня 2022 року за № 1668/39006, що додаються. 2. Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 13 січня 2023 року № 5, зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 18 січня 2023 року за № 107/39163. 3. Директорату з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій (Веремієнко Д.) забезпечити подання цього наказу на державну реєстрацію до Міністерства юстиції України в установленому порядку. 4. Контроль за виконанням цього наказу покласти на заступника Міністра з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України згідно з розподілом обов’язків. 5. Цей наказ набирає чинності з дня його офіційного опублікування. Міністр Ірина ВЕРЕЩУК ЗАТВЕРДЖЕНО Наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України (дата) (номер) ЗМІНИ, що вносяться до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22 грудня 2022 року № 309 1. У розділі I «Території, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії»: 1) у графі «Дата початку бойових дій»: доповнити після позиції «01 травня 2022» позицією «24 лютого 2022»; 2) у графі «Дата завершення бойових дій»: доповнити після позиції «31 травня 2022» позицією «31 грудня 2022». 2. У розділі II «Території, тимчасово окуповані Російською Федерацією»: 1) у графі «Дата початку окупації»: доповнити після позиції «20 лютого 2014» позицією «24 лютого 2022». Pursuant to subparagraph 6 of paragraph 4 of the Regulation on the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2020, No. 463, I ORDER: 1. To approve the Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation, approved by the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine of December 22, 2022, No. 309, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2022, under No. 1668/39006, attached hereto. 2. To declare invalid the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine of January 13, 2023, No. 5, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2023, under No. 107/39163. 3. The Directorate for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories (Veremiienko D.) shall ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure. 4. Control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the Deputy Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine in accordance with the distribution of responsibilities. 5. This order shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
