1. **Essence of the Law:** The Decree amends the list of positions that can be filled by military personnel in state bodies, in particular in the Office of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDCU). The list of positions in the NSDCU Office that can be filled by military personnel has been expanded.
2. **Structure and Content:** The Decree consists of two articles. The first article amends Article 2-1 of the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 126/2017, supplementing the list of positions in the NSDCU Office that can be filled by military personnel. The second article defines the date of entry into force of the Decree – from the date of its publication. The changes concern the positions of deputies, heads of independent structural subdivisions and their deputies, heads of subdivisions within independent structural subdivisions and their deputies, state experts, chief consultants, and positions of the patronage service in the NSDCU Office.
