To introduce the following amendments to the Instruction on Drawing Up and Applying Schedules of Restriction and Emergency Shutdown of Consumers, as well as Emergency Power Reduction Systems, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine No. 456 of November 23, 2006, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2006, under No. 1379/13253: 1. У пункті 1.4: 2. In point 1.4: абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: Paragraph one shall be stated as follows: «1.4. Перегляд та коригування величини потужності, на яку вводяться графіки обмеження споживання електричної потужності (далі – ГОП), графіки обмеження відпуску електричної енергії (далі – ГОВЕ) та графіки аварійних відключень (далі – ГАВ), здійснюються відповідно до вимог Кодексу системи передачі, затвердженого постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг (далі – Комісія), від 14 березня 2018 року № 309 (далі – Кодекс системи передачі), та Методики визначення обсягів скорочення електропостачання та величини потужності, на яку вводяться графіки обмеження споживання електричної потужності та графіки обмеження відпуску електричної енергії, затвердженої наказом Міністерства енергетики України від 13 серпня 2021 року № 250 (далі – Методика).»; “1.4.
