    **On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation** Відповідно до підпункту 69 пункту 4 Положення про Міністерство з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 05 червня 2020 року № 473, Pursuant to subparagraph 69 of paragraph 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, approved by постановлением Кабинета Министров Украины [ постановлением Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine] dated June 05, 2020, No. 473, НАКАЗУЮ: I ORDER: 1. Затвердити Зміни до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22 грудня 2022 року № 309, зареєстрованого в Міністерстві юстиції України 23 грудня 2022 року за № 1668/39006, що додаються. 2. To approve the Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation, approved by order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated December 22, 2022, No. 309, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2022, under No. 1668/39006, which are attached. 3. Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 13 жовтня 2023 року № 264 «Про затвердження Змін до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією», зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 25 жовтня 2023 року за № 1840/40996. 4. To recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated October 13, 2023, No. 264 “On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation,” registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2023, under No. 1840/40996. 5. Департаменту правового забезпечення (Ірина Бєлоусова) забезпечити подання цього наказу на державну реєстрацію до Міністерства юстиції України в установленому порядку. 6. The Department of Legal Support (Iryna Bielousova) shall ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the established procedure. 7. Цей наказ набирає чинності з дня його офіційного опублікування. 8. This order shall enter into force from the day of its official publication. 9. Контроль за виконанням цього наказу покласти на заступника Міністра згідно з розподілом обов’язків. 10.
