    * Amendments were made to Articles 11, 11-1, 63, 64, 73-8, 102, 104-1, 122, 166, 200, 202, 315-2, 315-4, 317-1, 319, 339, 401-1, 415, 425 and Section XXI “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
    * Amendments were made to Article 3-2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Certain Issues of Importation into the Customs Territory of Ukraine and First State Registration of Vehicles.”
    * In general, the changes concern the clarification of terms, simplification of procedures for certain categories of goods and enterprises, as well as the adaptation of customs legislation to the conditions of martial law.

    3. **Main provisions important for use:**
    * **Support of the defense industry:** Customs procedures have been simplified for enterprises of the defense-industrial complex, in particular, residents of “Defense City” and other military formations are granted special conditions for customs clearance of goods.
    * **Temporary importation:** The cases when authorization for temporary importation of goods is not required are clarified.
    * **Martial law:** The specifics of applying the terms of transit transportation and termination of the customs transit regime during martial law are established.
    * **Environmental standards:** The list of vehicles to which the requirements for compliance with environmental standards apply has been expanded.
