This Procedure defines the mechanism for providing medical care in military medical institutions and establishments (hereinafter referred to as military medical institutions) to persons entitled to medical support in military medical institutions, the list of which is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as persons entitled to medical support), and the implementation of settlements for it between military formations. 2. Медична допомога особам, які мають право на медичне забезпечення, у військово-медичних закладах надається відповідно до законодавства з питань охорони здоров’я та з урахуванням особливостей, визначених цим Порядком. Medical care is provided to persons entitled to medical support in military medical institutions in accordance with the legislation on health care and considering the peculiarities defined by this Procedure. 3. Організація надання медичної допомоги особам, які мають право на медичне забезпечення, покладається на керівників відповідних військових формувань. The organization of medical care provision to persons entitled to medical support is entrusted to the heads of the respective military formations. Військово-медичні заклади надають медичну допомогу особам, які мають право на медичне забезпечення, безоплатно.
