This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns the redistribution of budget funds in 2025. The essence of the order is to transfer a portion of the budgetary allocations, which were foreseen for the Ministry of Finance to ensure the institutional capacity of state authorities, to the Office of Affairs of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The structure of the order consists of two points:
1. The actual redistribution of funds in the amount of 143,099.4 thousand hryvnias from the budget program of the Ministry of Finance to the budget program of the Office of Affairs of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. These funds are intended for consumption expenditures, including salaries.
2. Obligation for the Ministry of Finance to make appropriate changes to the state budget schedule.
The most important provision of this order is the specific amount of funds being transferred and the clear definition of the intended purpose of these funds – servicing and ensuring the activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
