This resolution amends the agenda of the fourteenth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation, adding two new draft laws to it. One of them concerns honoring the memory of those who died as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, and the other concerns amendments to the Law “On the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service, and Reservists.”
The structure of the resolution consists of two clauses: the first clause directly amends the agenda, and the second determines the date on which the resolution enters into force – from the moment of its adoption. The resolution is supplemented by a list of draft laws indicating the registration number, the subject of legislative initiative, the name of the draft law, and the chairperson of the main committee.
The most important thing for the use of this resolution is the list of draft laws included in the agenda of the session, as this determines which issues will be considered and potentially adopted by the Verkhovna Rada.
