    Regarding Amendments to the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for the Functioning of the Energy Efficiency Fund Кабінет Міністрів України постановляє: 1. Внести до Порядку використання коштів, передбачених у державному бюджеті для функціонування Фонду енергоефективності, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 22 лютого 2017 р. № 98 (Офіційний вісник України, 2017 р., № 20, ст. 567; 2018 р., № 95, ст. 3134; 2019 р., № 37, ст. 1300, № 68, ст. 2379; 2020 р., № 4, ст. 188, № 78, ст. 2503; 2021 р., № 3, ст. 188; 2023 р., № 43, ст. 2319), зміни, що додаються. 2. Міністерству розвитку громад, територій та інфраструктури забезпечити подання цієї постанови на погодження Секретаріату Енергетичного Співтовариства. 3. Ця постанова набирає чинності з дня її опублікування. Прем’єр-міністр України Д. ШМИГАЛЬ ЗАТВЕРДЖЕНО постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від ______________ № ________ ЗМІНИ, що вносяться до Порядку використання коштів, передбачених у державному бюджеті для функціонування Фонду енергоефективності 1. Пункт 3 викласти в такій редакції: “3. Головним розпорядником бюджетних коштів та відповідальним виконавцем бюджетної програми є Мінвідновлення.”. 2. В абзаці першому пункту 4 слова “Міністерством розвитку громад та територій” замінити словом “Мінвідновлення”. 3. У пункті 5: 1) в абзаці першому слова “Мінрегіоном” замінити словом “Мінвідновлення”; 2) у підпункті 1: в абзаці першому слова “Міністерством розвитку громад та територій” замінити словом “Мінвідновлення”; в абзаці другому слова “Міністерством розвитку громад та територій України” замінити словом “Мінвідновлення”. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decrees: 1. To introduce the amendments attached hereto to the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for the Functioning of the Energy Efficiency Fund, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 98 of February 22, 2017 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2017, No. 20, Article 567; 2018, No. 95, Article 3134; 2019, No. 37, Article 1300, No. 68, Article 2379; 2020, No. 4, Article 188, No. 78, Article 2503; 2021, No. 3, Article 188; 2023, No. 43, Article 2319). 2. The Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development shall ensure the submission of this resolution for approval by the Energy Community Secretariat. 3. This resolution shall enter into force on the day of its publication. Prime Minister of Ukraine D. SHMYHAL APPROVED by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated ______________ No. ________ AMENDMENTS to the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for the Functioning of the Energy Efficiency Fund 1. Clause 3 shall be stated as follows: “3. The Ministry for Restoration is the main manager of budget funds and the responsible executor of the budget program.” 2. In the first paragraph of clause 4, the words “Ministry for Communities and Territories Development” shall be replaced with the word “Ministry for Restoration.” 3. In clause 5: 1) in the first paragraph, the word “Minregion” shall be replaced with the word “Ministry for Restoration”; 2) in subparagraph 1: in the first paragraph, the words “Ministry for Communities and Territories Development” shall be replaced with the word “Ministry for Restoration”; in the second paragraph, the words “Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine” shall be replaced with the word “Ministry for Restoration”.
