Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 13 жовтня 2023 року № 264 «Про затвердження Змін до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією», зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 25 жовтня 2023 року за № 1840/40996. 2. To recognize as invalid the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated October 13, 2023, No. 264 “On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation,” registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2023, under No. 1840/40996. 3. Департаменту правового забезпечення (Клименко Д.) забезпечити подання цього наказу на державну реєстрацію до Міністерства юстиції України в установленому порядку. 3. The Department of Legal Support (Klymenko D.) shall ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the established procedure. 4.
