This Decree is aimed at ensuring law and order and effective governance within the territory of the Vozdvyzhivka rural territorial community under martial law conditions. The document officially authorizes the establishment of the Vozdvyzhivka rural military administration in the Polohy Raion of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The implementation of this decision is entrusted to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Zaporizhzhia Oblast State Administration, which must ensure the organizational formation of the new structure.
The structure of the Decree is typical for acts of this type: it consists of the operative part regarding the formation of the administration, instructions to the relevant bodies regarding the support of its activities, and a clause on entry into force.
