This Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine No. 4889-IX dated May 28, 2026, amends the agenda of the fifteenth session of the parliament of the ninth convocation. The document provides for the additional inclusion of a number of socially and economically significant draft laws submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers and People’s Deputies of Ukraine in the list for consideration. * **Tax benefits for military technologies:** Draft Law No. 15529, which proposes to amend the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the exemption from value-added tax (VAT) of transactions for the supply of ground robotic systems.
* **Social sphere:** Draft Law No. 15094 on basic social assistance, aimed at reforming the social support system.
