On amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 20, 2026, No. 645

This Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 797 dated June 22, 2026, is aimed at adjusting the financing of projects for the liquidation of the consequences of armed aggression. The document increases the total volume of the subvention from the state budget to local budgets to 338.085 million hryvnias. The resolution also obliges the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration to integrate the relevant investment projects into the single project portfolio of public investments.

Structurally, the document consists of an operative part and an updated appendix. The operative part determines the total amount of funding and imposes duties on the regional authorities regarding reporting and project management. The changes compared to the previous version (Resolution No. 645) consist of a significant increase in financial resources and a detailing of the list of facilities subject to restoration.

The most important provisions for practical application are:
    1. **Increase in funding:** The total volume of the subvention is set at 338,085.534 thousand hryvnias.
    2. **Specification of objects:** The appendix contains a clear list of projects in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Cherkasy regions, indicating specific addresses, types of work (capital repair, reconstruction), and their implementation timelines (primarily 2026).
    3. **Procedural requirements:** The obligation of local authorities to ensure the inclusion of projects into the single project portfolio of public investments in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 527 dated February 28, 2025, which is critically important for receiving and accounting for budget funds.
