1. **Requirement for Fertilizers:** Support is provided only for fertilizers produced by the ammonium-phosphate method, containing a specified list of macro- and microelements.

3. **Administration:** Applications are submitted exclusively through a personal electronic cabinet in the State Agrarian Registry.
4. **Documentary Confirmation:** It is mandatory to provide documents confirming the fact of purchase of fertilizers in the current year and their domestic origin.
