This order introduces technical and terminological amendments to the current standards for the provision of clothing and individual equipment to military personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU). The document adjusts the notes to Standard No. 7, which concerns inventory property, for the purpose of standardizing terminology and correcting grammatical errors. The changes are aimed at bringing internal SSU documentation into compliance with modern standards of legislative drafting.
The structure of the order consists of three points: the direct list of amendments to the notes, the instruction to SSU units regarding the state registration of the act, and the determination of the date on which it enters into force. The changes are made to SSU Order No. 191 dated June 9, 2021, which had previously been partially amended by Order No. 155 dated April 29, 2026.
The most significant provisions include the clarification of terminology relating to medical support and healthcare institutions, as well as the correction of technical references to specific standards and sections of clothing and equipment provision. In particular, the term “medical institutions” has been replaced with the broader and more formal “healthcare institutions,” and “festive” events have been changed to “ceremonial” ones. Additionally, a typographical error in Note 19 regarding the description of insulated equipment has been corrected. These amendments are critically important to avoid ambiguous interpretation of the standards during the issuance of clothing and individual equipment to military personnel.
