2. **Design Features:** The badge has a perforation line in the middle, which allows it to be broken in half if necessary.
3. **Record Keeping:** Upon an officer’s discharge from the National Police, the badge is not disposed of but must be stored in the officer’s archival personnel file.
4. **Technical Standards:** The document clearly regulates font sizes, engraving depth, and the diameter of the mounting hole, ensuring a uniform manufacturing standard for all units.
