**1. Substance of the Act**
This Ordinance of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is aimed at attracting international financial assistance to finance the program for the restoration of housing destroyed as a result of hostilities. The Government has deemed it expedient to secure a grant in the amount of EUR 10 million from the Council of Europe Development Bank, as well as an additional operational grant in the amount of EUR 1.075 million. These funds will be directed towards the implementation of the joint project “HOME Capacity Building: Compensation for Destroyed Housing in Ukraine.” The document establishes the financial framework for expanding payments to citizens for lost property.
