The changes concern new construction, reconstruction, major repairs, as well as current average repairs, current repairs, and operational maintenance of public roads. The procedure for analyzing prices for material resources has been clarified, a database of prices in construction has been introduced, the amount of estimated wages has been determined and the procedure for its compensation has been established, as well as requirements for uploading information to the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.
Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Regarding a Controlled Service
The NSSMC has amended the Procedure for Conducting a Controlled Service, excluding the factor of “deterioration of health” from the list of circumstances to be taken into account during its conduct.
