    Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding Academic Scholarships:
    The government has amended the procedure for using budget funds for the payment of academic scholarships. From now on, students of private ownership who study under state order will also be able to receive scholarships. In addition, the list of recipients of budget funds and the procedures for their use have been clarified to ensure a more efficient and transparent distribution.
    Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on присвоєння Ρ€Π°Π½Π³Ρƒ Π΄Π΅Ρ€ΠΆΡΠ»ΡƒΠΆΠ±ΠΎΠ²Ρ†ΡŽ:
    The second rank of a civil servant has been assigned to Inna Petrivna Yashchuk, State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This decision was made on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service” and is the basis for calculating the corresponding salary and other payments.
    Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Appointment of the Deputy Head of the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine:
    Viktor Vasyliovych Kantsurak has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine for a term of five years. At the same time, the previous period of his tenure in this position, starting from November 3, 2021, is taken into account.
    Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Dismissal from the Post of Deputy Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine:
    Viktor Vasyliovych Kantsurak has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine due to a transfer to another job. This decision was made on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.
    Ruling of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Regarding Responsibility for Traffic Violations Recorded Automatically:
    The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has closed the proceedings in the case regarding the constitutionality of Part One of Article 14-3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which defines responsibility for traffic violations recorded automatically. The court confirmed its previous position regarding the constitutionality of this norm, establishing the responsibility of owners or users of vehicles.
    Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding PSO in the Natural Gas Market:
    The government has amended the Regulation on PSO in the natural gas market, expanding the list of protected consumers by adding religious organizations. Also, “Ukrnafta” can purchase gas in crisis situations at the expense of credit funds. A fixed price for gas has been established for heat energy producers who use gas turbine and gas piston installations for electricity production.
    Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Regarding the Verification and Quality Control of Medicinal Products:
    The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has made technical clarifications to the documents regulating the licensing and quality control of medicinal products. The changes concern the correction of inaccuracies in the annexes to the procedures for verification and quality control of medicinal products, as well as bringing the terminology in line with current legislation.
    Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Regarding Licensing:
    The National Securities and Stock Market Commission has amended the Procedure for Issuing, Suspending, and Terminating Licenses for Professional Activities in Capital Markets. References to the numbers “8, 8-1” have been added in paragraphs 14 and 16 of Section V of the Procedure, which may indicate additional requirements for issuing, suspending, or terminating licenses.
    Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Regarding Remuneration of Employees of the State Criminal-Executive Service:
    The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has amended the terms of remuneration of employees of the State Criminal-Executive Service, including camps for prisoners of war in the scope of the order. The schemes of tariff categories for various categories of employees have been revised, and changes have also been made to the names of positions and professions.
    Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Regarding Quality Control of Medicinal Products:
    The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has changed the qualification requirements for authorized persons responsible for quality control of medicinal products, in particular, the requirements for education and work experience have been detailed. Also, separate requirements are provided for authorized persons in pharmacies located in rural areas and those working at gas stations.
    Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Regarding the Inspection of Pharmacy Institutions:
    The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has clarified the requirements for the area of pharmacy institutions and introduced a form of inspection act for pharmacies at gas stations (gas stations). The new requirements concern the minimum area of the trading floor, premises for storing medicines, and premises for staff.
    Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Regarding the Recognition of Learning Outcomes Obtained in the Temporarily Occupied Territory:
    The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has made technical changes to the forms of documents for the recognition of learning outcomes at the level of professional education, obtained in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. The changes concern the educational declaration, protocols of interviews, and assessment of learning outcomes.

    The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has approved the forms of documents necessary for the recognition of learning outcomes at the level of professional education, obtained in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. These are the educational declaration, protocols of interviews, and assessment of learning outcomes.
    Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Provision of Humanitarian Aid:
    The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has determined the list of communal enterprises that have the right to receive humanitarian aid during the period of martial law and three months after its completion. The list contains five communal enterprises with their USREOU codes indicated.
    Decision of the European Court of Human Rights in the Case of “Rohatiuk v. Ukraine”:
    The European Court of Human Rights found that the prolonged absence of the full text of the court decision violated the applicant’s right of access to court, which is a violation of Article 6 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The court awarded the applicant 1,500 euros in compensation for moral damage.
