    **On Approval of the Procedure for Transfer by Gambling Organizers of Accumulated Information in the Event of a Halt in the Functioning of the State Online Monitoring System** Pursuant to paragraph 14 of the Requirements for the State Online Monitoring System, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 23, 2020, No. 1341, I ORDER: 1. To approve the Procedure for Transfer by Gambling Organizers of Accumulated Information in the Event of a Halt in the Functioning of the State Online Monitoring System (hereinafter – the Procedure), attached hereto. 2. To establish that: the Procedure applies in the event of a halt in the functioning of the State Online Monitoring System for technical reasons, which makes it impossible to transmit information to the State Online Monitoring System for more than 24 hours; gambling organizers shall transmit information accumulated during the period of the halt in the functioning of the State Online Monitoring System within 72 hours from the moment the State Online Monitoring System resumes its functioning. 3. To task the Office of Communication and Public Relations to ensure the publication of this order on the official website of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries on the day of its adoption. 4. CHERNYSHOV APPROVED by Order of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries № ____ dated ______________ 2024 **PROCEDURE** **for Transfer by Gambling Organizers of Accumulated Information in the Event of a Halt in the Functioning of the State Online Monitoring System** 1. This Procedure defines the mechanism for the transfer by gambling organizers of information accumulated during the period of the halt in the functioning of the State Online Monitoring System (hereinafter – the System), which makes it impossible to transmit information to the System for more than 24 hours. 2. In the event of a halt in the functioning of the System, gambling organizers shall: record the time and date of the start of the halt in the functioning of the System in a log (in any form); ensure the accumulation and preservation of information that, in accordance with the Requirements for the State Online Monitoring System, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 23, 2020, No. 1341, must be transmitted to the System; within 72 hours from the moment the System resumes its functioning, transmit the accumulated information to the System in accordance with the technical documentation of the System. 3. If it is impossible for the gambling organizer to transmit the accumulated information to the System within the time period specified in paragraph 2 of this Procedure, the gambling organizer shall notify the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (hereinafter – the KRAIL) thereof, indicating the reasons that prevent the transmission of information. 4. The notification referred to in paragraph 3 of this Procedure shall be sent to the KRAIL in electronic form to the official e-mail address within 24 hours from the moment the System resumes its functioning. 5. The KRAIL shall consider the notification referred to in paragraph 3 of this Procedure and, if necessary, may decide to extend the deadline for the gambling organizer to transmit the accumulated information to the System. 6. Gambling organizers shall be liable for the completeness, reliability, and timeliness of the information transmitted to the System in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. 7. In the event of a failure by a gambling organizer to comply with the requirements of this Procedure, the KRAIL shall take measures provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
