This resolution amends the agenda of the fifteenth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation, adding to it a list of new draft laws for consideration. The resolution shall enter into force from the moment of its adoption.
The structure of the resolution consists of two parts: the main part, which contains the decision to include draft laws in the agenda, and an annex containing a list of these draft laws. The annex contains information on the registration number of the draft law, the subject of legislative initiative, the title of the draft law, and the chairman of the main committee responsible for its consideration.
The most important provision of this resolution is the list of draft laws included in the agenda. Among them are: an appeal to foreign governments regarding the commemoration of the victims of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people, amendments to the Law “On the Statute of Garrison and Guard Services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” regarding the military farewell ritual, as well as several draft amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine regarding the accrual and distribution of the military levy.
