Digest of Amendments to the Aviation Rules of Ukraine
Amendments have been introduced to the aviation rules concerning providers of air navigation services, flight procedure design services, and aeronautical data. These changes approximate Ukrainian legislation to the standards of the European Union and international civil aviation norms.
The requirements for air navigation service providers have been updated, including certification, oversight, and data quality management. The responsibilities of the authorized civil aviation body regarding the control over the activities of providers and the application of sanctions in case of violations have also been defined.
