### Decree of the President of Ukraine on Appointment in the State Administration of Affairs
Vasyl Vasyliovych Tytarchuk has been appointed Deputy Head of the State Administration of Affairs temporarily, until the appointment of the winner of the competition for this position. The competition must be announced after the termination or cancellation of martial law, but no later than 12 months thereafter.
### Order of the President of Ukraine on Delegation for Negotiations with the EIB
A delegation has been formed for negotiations with the European Investment Bank (EIB) regarding an investment grant for the projects “Transport Connectivity in Ukraine – Phase II” and “Transport Connectivity in Ukraine – Improvement of Transport Solutions – Phase III”. The Vice Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine is authorized to sign an agreement with the EIB. The head of the delegation has the right to make changes to the composition of the delegation in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
### Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Draft Law on Renewable Energy Sources
Draft Law No. 14271, which amends some laws of Ukraine to implement the legislation of the European Union in the field of renewable energy sources, has been sent for a repeated first reading. The draft law has been submitted to the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Energy and Housing and Communal Services for preparation for re-consideration.
### Law on International Exchange of Information on Income Through Digital Platforms
A draft law has been adopted as a basis, which amends the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts in order to implement the international automatic exchange of information on income received through digital platforms, as well as the taxation of such income. The Verkhovna Rada Committee has been instructed to finalize the draft law for the second reading.
### Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on State Support for Employers “Support Point”
State support for employers “Support Point” has been introduced, whose property was damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities. Support is provided in the form of reimbursement of part of the costs of employees who are idle or with whom the employment contract has been suspended, as well as payment of a single contribution. The amount of assistance depends on the average monthly salary of the employee, but cannot exceed twice the amount of the minimum wage.
### Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to the Procedure for Competition for the Construction of Generating Capacity
Amendments have been made to the procedure for conducting competitions for the construction of generating capacities and the implementation of demand-side management measures in the electricity sector. The changes are aimed at adapting the procedure to the current conditions related to energy security and the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, in particular, restrictions for participants associated with the Russian Federation, and a mechanism for payment of services with reference to the euro.
