    On Amending Paragraph 5 of the List of Central Executive Bodies, Other State Bodies Responsible for the Implementation of Obligations Arising from Ukraine’s Membership in International Organizations

    This Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduces amendments to the list of bodies responsible for fulfilling Ukraine’s obligations as a member of international organizations. In particular, it designates the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, and the Ministry of Justice as responsible for cooperation with the Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

    Structurally, the resolution consists of a single point, which amends the existing list approved by постановa [Resolution] of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1371 dated September 13, 2002. The changes concern the addition of a list of responsible bodies for a specific working group.

    The most important provision is the identification of specific bodies responsible for cooperation with the international working group on combating bribery. This may contribute to a more effective implementation of Ukraine’s commitments in this area.

To approve the Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation, approved by the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine No. 309 of December 22, 2022 (as amended by the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine No. 104 of April 25, 2023), attached hereto. 2. Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 03 жовтня 2023 року № 254 «Про затвердження Змін до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією». 2. To recognize as invalid the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine No. 254 of October 3, 2023 “On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation.” 3.
