Notification of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Accounting Prices for Bank Metals
The NBU establishes accounting prices for bank metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) in hryvnias, which are used for accounting and reporting of operations. These prices are indicative and not binding for commercial transactions, and the NBU is not obliged to buy or sell metals at these prices.
Notification of the National Bank of Ukraine on the Official Exchange Rate of the Hryvnia
The NBU establishes the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies and special drawing rights (SDRs). The exchange rates are used for accounting, transactions between the NBU and the State Treasury Service of Ukraine (DKSU), as well as in other cases defined by the legislation of Ukraine. The NBU is not obliged to buy or sell currencies at these exchange rates.
Resolution of the Central Election Commission (CEC) on the Substitution of a People’s Deputy
The CEC recognizes the next candidate in the election list from the “Servant of the People” party as elected to replace the People’s Deputy whose powers have been terminated early. The decision was made on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine,” which regulates the substitution of deputies elected in the nationwide multi-mandate constituency.
Decree of the President of Ukraine on Amendments to the Composition of the Delegation for the Negotiation Process
The President makes changes to the composition of the delegation of Ukraine to participate in the negotiation process with the United States of America, other international partners, and representatives of the Russian Federation. The personal composition of the delegation responsible for conducting negotiations is being updated.
Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 6 on Amendments to the Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting
The resolution amends the Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting submitted to the National Bank of Ukraine. The changes relate to the list and formats of statistical data that banks and other institutions must submit.

##### Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Attracting a Grant
The government approves the attraction of a grant for budget support from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association in the total amount of USD 690,793,350. These funds will be used to support government expenditures to ensure sustainable public administration in Ukraine and will be credited to the general fund of the state budget.

The order envisages the creation of an Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of events to honor the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chornobyl accident in connection with the 40th anniversary of the tragedy. The committee must develop and submit a plan of measures for approval by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within two weeks.
