This resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine terminates the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation on border and customs issues, which was concluded back in 1992. In fact, Ukraine is terminating the agreement with Belarus on cooperation in border and customs issues.
The structure of the resolution is very simple: it consists of two points. The first point directly terminates the agreement. The second point obliges the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to notify the Belarusian side of this decision.
The most important provision is the very fact of the termination of the agreement, as it means that cooperation between Ukraine and Belarus in the field of border and customs issues is no longer regulated by this agreement.
