Затвердити Зміни до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22 грудня 2022 року № 309, зареєстрованого в Міністерстві юстиції України 23 грудня 2022 року за № 1668/39006, що додаються. 2. Approve the Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation, approved by the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine of December 22, 2022, No. 309, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2022, under No. 1668/39006, attached hereto. 3. Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 13 січня 2023 року № 14 «Про затвердження Змін до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією», зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 18 січня 2023 року за № 118/39174. 4. To recognize as invalid the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine of January 13, 2023, No. 14 “On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation,” registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2023, under No. 118/39174. 5. Директорату з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій (Андрію Ясинському) забезпечити подання цього наказу на державну реєстрацію до Міністерства юстиції України в установленому порядку. 6. The Directorate for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories (Andrii Yasynskyi) shall ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure. 7. Контроль за виконанням цього наказу покласти на заступника Міністра з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України згідно з розподілом обов’язків. 8. Control over the implementation of this order shall be vested in the Deputy Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine in accordance with the distribution of responsibilities. 9.
