Затвердити Зміни до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22 грудня 2022 року № 309 (у редакції наказу Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 20 липня 2023 року № 218), що додаються. 1. Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 08 вересня 2023 року № 254 «Про затвердження Змін до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією». 2. To recognize as invalid the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine of September 8, 2023, No. 254 “On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation.” 3.
