Changes in Public Administration:
– The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development takes over the functions of the Ministry of Reintegration and part of the functions of the Ministry of Infrastructure regarding housing programs and work with IDPs
– The powers of the Evacuation Coordination Headquarters have been expanded – now it is responsible for coordinating any mass population movement
– The staff of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy has been increased by 50 people by reducing the territorial bodies of the State Geocadaster
International Cooperation:
– Canada provides Ukraine with a loan of up to 5 billion Canadian dollars for 30 years, to be repaid mainly from frozen Russian assets
– An Interdepartmental Working Group has been created to coordinate actions on the use of frozen Russian assets
– The Implementation Protocol with Slovakia on readmission of persons has been approved
Social Sphere:
– The mechanism for using funds from the Russian aggression consequences liquidation fund for compensation for destroyed housing has been approved
– Access to the Unified State Register of Vehicles has been expanded for the Bureau of Economic Security, NABU, SBI, and the Motor Insurance Bureau
– New requirements for credit unions’ information systems regarding data protection and backup have been established
Medicine and Pharmacy:
– New criteria for determining drug dispensing categories in accordance with EU norms have been introduced
– The procedure for working with anatomical materials for tissue transplantation has been approved
– The procedure for providing medical assistance to prisoners has been updated, including a new disability assessment system
