**On Amending Paragraph 2 of the Procedure for Investigating Insurance Cases and the Justification for the Payment of Financial Security** 1. Paragraph 2 of the Procedure for Investigating Insurance Cases and the Justification for the Payment of Financial Security, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 27, 2001, No. 1232 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2001, No. 40, Article 1792; 2018, No. 95, Article 3149), shall be amended to read as follows: “2. This Procedure applies to all legal entities (enterprises, institutions, organizations), irrespective of their form of ownership, type of economic activity, and management, as well as to individuals who use the labor of hired employees under labor contracts (agreements) or on other grounds stipulated by law, and to members of farms, persons who ensure themselves with work independently, and insured persons who are volunteers of rescue services, with whom an agreement on volunteer activities has been concluded in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Volunteer Activities” regarding their voluntary activity.”.

Regarding Amendments to the Procedure for Investigating Insurance Cases and the Justification for Payment of Financial Support

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 17, 2015, No. 423 (as amended), and to ensure the proper implementation of the Procedure for Investigating Insurance Cases and the Justification for Payment of Financial Support for State Social Insurance, approved by the Joint Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, and the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine dated January 25, 2024, No. 3/1/r,

**I ORDER:**

1. To amend the Procedure for Investigating Insurance Cases and the Justification for Payment of Financial Support for State Social Insurance, approved by the Joint Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, and the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine dated January 25, 2024, No. 3/1/r, by replacing the words “the list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, determined in the order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine” in the second paragraph of point 2 with the words “the list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, approved by the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.”

2. The Department of State Social Insurance, Labor Relations, and Social Partnership of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine shall ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order shall come into force on the day of its official publication.

4. The control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine according to the distribution of responsibilities.
