## Analysis of documents regarding the ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the EU on scientific and technological cooperation
The following conclusions can be drawn from the submitted documents:

1. Position of the author of the documents:
   The President of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine fully support the ratification of the Agreement (in the form of an exchange of notes) between Ukraine and the European Union on the renewal of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Community on scientific and technological cooperation. This is expressed in the President’s submission of the relevant draft law to the Verkhovna Rada, as well as in the approval of the draft act without comments from key ministries.
2. Main provisions of the documents:
   • Purpose of the Agreement:
     Renewal of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Community on scientific and technological cooperation for an additional five-year period, starting from November 8, 2024. The agreement was concluded in 2002 and is periodically extended.
   • Form of the Agreement:
     The agreement is concluded in the form of an exchange of notes between the European Commission and the Representation of Ukraine to the European Union, which is a simplified form of concluding international treaties.
   • Renewal procedure:
