    On the Redistribution of Certain State Budget Expenditures Envisaged for the Economic and Financial Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for 2025

    This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns the redistribution of budget funds allocated to the хозяйственно-финансовому департаменту Секретаріату Кабінету Міністрів України (Economic and Financial Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) for 2025. The essence of the order is that funds in the amount of 1.2 million hryvnias, which were planned for consumption expenditures, are redirected to development expenditures within the budget program “Servicing the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”.

    The structure of the order consists of two points. The first point directly defines the redistribution of funds, and the second point obliges the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to make appropriate changes to the state budget schedule.

    The most important provision of this order is the specific redistribution of funds from consumption expenditures to development expenditures. This may indicate a change in priorities in the financing of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, for example, investing in infrastructure renewal or the introduction of new technologies.

Затвердити Зміни до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22 грудня 2022 року № 309, зареєстрованого в Міністерстві юстиції України 23 грудня 2022 року за № 1668/39006, що додаються. 1. To approve the Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation, approved by the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated December 22, 2022, No. 309, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2022, under No. 1668/39006, which are attached. 2. Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 13 жовтня 2023 року № 264 «Про затвердження Змін до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією», зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 25 жовтня 2023 року за № 1840/40996. 2. To recognize as invalid the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated October 13, 2023, No. 264 “On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation,” registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2023, under No. 1840/40996. 3. Департаменту правового забезпечення (Клименко Д.) забезпечити подання цього наказу на державну реєстрацію до Міністерства юстиції України в установленому порядку. 3. The Department of Legal Support (Klymenko D.) shall ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the established procedure. 4. Цей наказ набирає чинності з дня його офіційного опублікування. 4. This order shall enter into force from the date of its official publication. 5.
