On Amending the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated May 14, 2026, No. 615

This Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 736 dated June 3, 2026, is aimed at technical adjustment and bringing into compliance with the rules of legislative drafting technique the previous Order No. 615, which regulates the list of medical and pharmaceutical specialties for the training of reserve officers. The document does not change the substance of the list of specialties, but merely corrects stylistic, grammatical, and editorial inaccuracies in the text of the main regulatory act. In fact, this is a technical order ensuring the legal clarity of the document that defines the requirements for the military training of medical professionals.

The structure of the order consists of five points. The first two points contain specific amendments to the text of Order No. 615 and the List of specialties attached thereto (correction of words, numbers, punctuation marks, and clarification of the approval heading). Points 3-5 define procedural issues: the obligation of the Department of Medical Personnel to ensure the registration and publication of the document, the assignment of control to the Minister, and the determination of the effective date. Compared to the previous version, the changes are exclusively formal in nature and do not affect the substantive criteria for the selection of specialties for the training of reserve officers.

The most important aspects for application are:
    1. Exclusion from the note to the List of specialties of the reference to the document “Certain Issues of Training and Professional Activity for Professions in the Healthcare Sector,” which simplifies the structure of the notes.
    2. Legal validity: the order enters into force on the day of its official publication, which means that these editorial amendments must be taken into account when referring to Order No. 615 in any personnel or educational documentation.
    3. The document confirms the relevance and validity of the main List of specialties for which mandatory training of reserve officers is carried out, following the correction of technical errors.
