On the approval of the list of liquid rocket fuel components and other chemical substances subject to disposal in 2026-2027

This document is an ordinance of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which approves the official list of obsolete chemical substances and rocket propellant components subject to disposal during 2026–2027. The list includes hazardous compounds such as mercury, dichloroethane, and various types of obsolete chemical reagents stored at the warehouses of a number of military units. The main purpose of the act is to organize the process of safe removal and destruction of these substances that have lost their operational properties.

    **Structure and Main Provisions:**
The ordinance consists of a brief operative part and a detailed appendix, presented in the form of tables. The appendix is divided into two sections: “Toxic Chemical Substances” and “Chemical Reagents.” The tables clearly define the nomenclature of the substances, their total weight or number of sets, year of manufacture, technical condition category (predominantly “unserviceable”), balance sheet value, and specific location (military units in Seleshchyna, Volochysk, Bila Tserkva, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Kropyvnytskyi).

    **Important Aspects for Use:**
    1. **Asset Identification:** The document serves as the basis for the write-off and subsequent disposal of specific material assets carried on the balance sheet of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
    2. **Technical Condition:** Most items in the list fall under the “unserviceable” category, which indicates the expiration of safe storage periods (some substances were manufactured as early as the 1960s) and the need for their immediate removal from circulation.
    3. **Logistics and Responsibility:** The ordinance clearly links disposal volumes to specific military units, which allows regulatory bodies and disposal contractors to identify work sites and funding requirements.
