On Amendments to the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for Implementing Measures to Support Farms
The government has amended the procedure for using budget funds to support farmers. The list of areas to which these funds can be directed has now been expanded, including support for organic production and processing of agricultural products. The criteria for selecting farms to receive financial assistance have also been clarified, and the amount of compensation for the cost of purchasing seeds has been increased.
On Approval of the New Technical Regulation on Safety Requirements for Toys
A new technical regulation has been approved, which establishes stricter safety requirements for toys manufactured or imported into Ukraine. The regulation defines the maximum permissible concentrations of chemicals, requirements for the physical and mechanical properties of toys, as well as conformity assessment procedures. Manufacturers and importers of toys are required to test products for compliance with the requirements of the regulation and mark the toys with the appropriate mark.
On Amendments to the Traffic Regulations
Amendments have been made to the Traffic Regulations regarding the use of personal mobility devices, such as electric scooters and monowheels. The places where movement on such devices is allowed have been defined, speed limits and equipment requirements have been established. Responsibility for violations of the rules for using personal mobility devices is also provided for.

On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine Regarding Stimulating the Development of the IT Industry
Amendments have been made to the Tax Code aimed at stimulating the development of the IT industry. The income tax rate has been reduced for IT companies that meet certain criteria, and the list of activities that fall under the preferential tax regime has been expanded. The possibility of applying a simplified taxation system for individuals-entrepreneurs working in the IT field is also provided for.
On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Protection of the Rights of Consumers of Financial Services
Amendments have been adopted to the legislation on the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services. The list of information that financial institutions are required to provide to consumers before entering into a contract has been expanded, and liability for violations of consumer rights has been increased. The creation of a mechanism for pre-trial resolution of disputes between consumers and financial institutions is also provided for.
