This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine envisages the redistribution of state budget expenditures allocated to the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development for 2026.
The structure of the order consists of two points. The first point envisages the redistribution of expenditures within the total amount of budget allocations of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development. Namely, the funding of the program “Servicing of accounts opened in banking institutions” is reduced by 300 thousand hryvnias, and the funding of the program “Implementation and coordination of measures of the urban infrastructure development project and the program for the development of municipal infrastructure of Ukraine” is increased by the same amount. The second point assigns the Ministry of Finance the obligation to make appropriate changes to the schedule of the state budget.
The most important provision of this order is the specific redistribution of funds between the two budget programs, which allows to redirect funds to more priority areas of urban and municipal infrastructure development.
