This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns personnel issues. It provides for the appointment of a specific person, namely Banik Mstyslav Serhiyovych, to the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
The structure of the order is very simple: it contains the name of the act, date and number, title on the appointment, surname, first name and patronymic of the person being appointed, and the position to which he is appointed. It also indicates who signed the document – the Prime Minister of Ukraine. There are no changes compared to previous versions of similar orders, as this is a standard format for personnel decisions.
The most important provision of this order is the very fact of the appointment of Banik M.S. to the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine. This means that from the moment the order is signed, he officially holds this position and has the appropriate powers.
