    Regarding the accounting prices for banking metals from the NBU:

    The National Bank of Ukraine has set accounting prices for banking metals for February 9, 10, 11, and 13, 2026. Prices are set for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium per troy ounce. It is important to note that these prices are used only for accounting purposes and do not oblige the NBU to buy or sell these metals at the stated prices, so the rate is indicative.

    Regarding the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies from the NBU:

    The National Bank of Ukraine has published the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies and SDRs for February 9, 10, 12, and 13, 2026. These rates are used for reflection in accounting, for NBU transactions with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. At the same time, the NBU does not undertake any obligation to buy or sell these currencies at the stated rates, so the rate is indicative.

    Regarding the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the international community:

    The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed to the parliaments and governments of foreign states, international organizations and international parliamentary assemblies to condemn the policy of the Russian Federation aimed at creating unacceptable living conditions for the Ukrainian people in order to physically destroy them. The Verkhovna Rada calls on the international community to increase pressure on Russia, provide Ukraine with military and financial assistance, support the creation of a Special Tribunal regarding the crime of aggression against Ukraine, and ensure compensation for damages caused to Ukraine by Russian aggression.

    Regarding support for Ukrainian athlete Vladyslav Heraskevych and appeal to the IOC:

    The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) regarding support for Ukrainian skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych, who was banned from using a helmet with images of deceased Ukrainian athletes, and to review the issue of admitting Russian and Belarusian athletes to international competitions. The Verkhovna Rada calls on the IOC to allow Ukrainian athletes to honor the memory of the victims of Russian aggression.

    Regarding support for innovative activities:

    The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis a draft law on support and development of innovative activities. The Verkhovna Rada instructed the Committee on Education, Science and Innovation to finalize the draft law and submit it for consideration in the second reading.

    Regarding changes to the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada session:

    The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has amended the agenda for Friday.
    of the extraordinary session, including in the agenda draft appeals to international organizations regarding the actions of the Russian Federation and support for Ukrainian athletes.

    Regarding the recognition of a person as not having acquired the mandate of a deputy:

    The Central Election Commission (CEC) recognized Kravets R.O. as not having acquired the mandate of a People’s Deputy, and Otradnova O.O. was recognized as elected as a People’s Deputy due to non-compliance with the requirements for submitting the necessary documents on time.

    Regarding support for sustainable centralized heat supply:

    The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis a draft law aimed at supporting the development of efficient and sustainable centralized heat supply. The Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services is to finalize the draft law for the second reading.

    Regarding changes to the list of diseases that prevent adoption:

    The Ministry of Health has made technical changes to the list of diseases in the presence of which persons cannot adopt a child. The changes concern the clarification of references to regulatory acts in the preamble, correction of technical errors and inaccuracies in the list of diseases.

    Regarding changes to orders regarding the issuance of grants:

    Technical changes have been made to the previous order of the Ministry of Economy, namely to the changes concerning the orders of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine regarding the issuance of grants. The corrections concern the names of ministries, websites and dates of registration of documents.

    Regarding changes to the procedure for providing rehabilitation assistance:

    The Ministry of Health made technical corrections to Order No. 1932 of December 22, 2025, which concerns changes in Appendix 7 to the Procedure for Organizing the Provision of Rehabilitation Assistance on Rehabilitation Routes. The changes concern the clarification of references to regulatory acts in the preamble, correction of technical errors and inaccuracies in the list of diseases.

    Regarding the principles of state housing policy:

    The Law defines the principles of state housing policy aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of citizens to housing. It establishes the principles of formation and implementation of housing policy, and also defines the powers of state authorities and local self-government in this area.

    Regarding grants for horticulture:

    Changes to orders regarding the procedure for granting grants for the development of horticulture, berry growing, viticulture and greenhouse farming, which reassign the functions of granting grants from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.

    Regarding the tax declaration:

    The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has made changes to the forms
    and the tax declaration on property status and income and instructions for its completion. The changes concern the expansion of the list of persons entitled to a tax discount, including combatants and persons with disabilities as a result of the war.

    Regarding the qualification of National Guard servicemen:

    The Ministry of Internal Affairs has amended the Instruction on the procedure for assigning, confirming, and lowering the qualifications of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine. The changes are aimed at bringing the normative legal act in line with current legislation, in particular, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the financial support of servicemen.

    Regarding the list of diseases for adoption:

    This order approves the list of diseases, disorders or conditions that are an obstacle to adoption, establishment of guardianship/custody of a child, creation of a foster family or a family-type orphanage, provision of patronage services or mentoring, as well as for cohabitation with a placed child. It defines the medical criteria by which doctors must decide whether a person can fulfill the role of foster parents.

    Regarding rehabilitation assistance:

    The order introduces clarifications to the functional assessment tool within the rehabilitation routes, in particular, it details the criteria for assessing the patient’s personal hygiene. This is aimed at improving the quality and objectivity of assessing the needs of patients in rehabilitation assistance.

    Regarding the electronic system of the Ukrainian Youth Foundation:

    This order approves the Regulations on the electronic system of the Ukrainian Youth Foundation. This system aims to ensure a transparent and efficient process of conducting competitions for youth projects, providing users with the opportunity to submit applications online, and experts to evaluate them.

    Regarding awarding the “Golden Heart” distinction:

    The President of Ukraine awarded Galina Andrushkov, head of the Uniters Foundation from Poland, the “Golden Heart” award for her significant contribution to supporting Ukraine and volunteer activities during the martial law.

    Regarding the cancellation of registration of a candidate for People’s Deputies:

    The CEC resolution concerns the cancellation of the registration of Yu.S. Fedorenko, a candidate for People’s Deputies of Ukraine from the “Servant of the People” party in the snap elections of 2019. The cancellation was based on his personal statement, referring to the constitutional rights and freedoms of man, in particular, the right to be elected and the voluntary participation in elections.
