Similar to Regulation 2026/327, this act amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/332 to refine the multiple-identity detection process across EU information systems for police, judicial cooperation, asylum, and migration.
Like the previous regulation, the key change is incorporating ‘Eurodac’ data into the identity comparison process.
