This is Order No. 1408-r of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, dated December 10, 2025, which provides for the redistribution of state budget expenditures, namely funds allocated to the Ministry of Social Policy for 2025.

Specifically, the volume of expenditures under the program “Support for Low-Income Families” is reduced by 620 million hryvnias, and the volume of expenditures under the program “Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities” is increased by the same amount. The second clause obliges the Ministry of Finance to ensure that amendments are made to the state budget schedule in accordance with this redistribution.
