On the National Development Institution
The Law defines the legal principles of the newly created National Development Institution. This institution is to become a key instrument of state support for the economy. Resolution of the CMU on Expanding the Possibilities of Using Electronic Service Certificates
The Resolution expands the range of persons who can use electronic service certificates. From now on, not only employees of executive authorities, but also employees of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission will be able to issue such certificates. This will contribute to the digitalization of public administration and simplify the identification of officials.
Resolution of the CMU on Allocating Subvention for Roads in the Kharkiv Region
The government has allocated a targeted subvention from the state budget to the Kharkiv region for the construction, reconstruction, and repair of local roads. Special emphasis is placed on the repair of roads that are of strategic importance for national security and defense. This should improve logistics and transport links in the region.
Resolution of the CMU on an Experimental Procurement Project for the National Guard
An experimental project has been introduced, according to which the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense will purchase defense goods for the National Guard directly from domestic manufacturers. Purchases will be made through the “DOT-Chain” system, which should increase the transparency and efficiency of the process. This project will support the Ukrainian defense industry.
Resolution of the CMU on the Use of Budget Funds for International Agreements
The possibilities of using budget funds for the fulfillment of Ukraine’s international obligations have been expanded, in particular, for a contribution to the American-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction. Resolution of the CMU on the Register of Addresses of Websites of Excise Goods Licensees
The government has obliged licensees who sell alcohol, tobacco, and electronic cigarettes via the Internet to enter information about their websites in a special Register. This will allow regulatory authorities to monitor online trade in excise goods and combat illegal trafficking.
Resolution of the CMU on State Guarantees on a Portfolio Basis for MSMEs
The government has approved the volumes of state guarantees on a portfolio basis, which will be provided to banks to support lending to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. The government has restored the right of the State Agency PlayCity to conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections in the field of gambling and lotteries during martial law. This should strengthen control over the organization and conduct of gambling, prevent abuse, and protect consumer rights.
Resolution of the CMU on Logging Permits
The government has simplified the procedure for using logging permits in the event of reorganization of enterprises. From now on, the reorganization of a forest user is not a ground for termination of a logging permit, which will reduce the administrative burden on business.
