1. This law approves the Decree of the President of Ukraine on the extension of the term of the general mobilization. In fact, it legitimizes the President’s decision to extend mobilization measures in the country. The law confirms that the mobilization will continue.
2. The law consists of two articles. The first article approves the Presidential Decree, and the second defines the procedure for the law to enter into force and its publication. The text does not indicate any changes compared to previous versions, as it only concerns the approval of the decree on the extension of mobilization.
3. The most important provision of this law is the approval of the Presidential Decree on the extension of the term of the general mobilization. This means that the state has the right to continue to conscript citizens for military service in connection with the mobilization. The date on which the law enters into force – November 5, 2025 – is also important for understanding the time frame of the mobilization.
