This Decree of the President of Ukraine establishes the awarding of the honorary distinction “For Courage and Bravery” to the 12th Separate Brigade of Army Aviation named after General Khorunzhy Viktor Pavlenko of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
