This resolution approves the procedure for attestation of officials of customs authorities to assess their integrity and professional competence. Attestation includes testing of knowledge of legislation and general abilities, as well as an interview. The results of the attestation affect the possibility of further tenure in office. Officials are obliged to submit an application for consent to undergo attestation.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to the Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Complaints in the Field of Licensing
Amendments to the procedure for maintaining the Register of Complaints in the Field of Licensing expand the list of information to be entered into the register and improve the procedures for electronic interaction. The register now covers not only “actions” but also “decisions” of licensing authorities that can be appealed. Automation of data entry when filing a complaint in electronic form simplifies the procedure. The procedure for electronic interaction with other state registers has been expanded.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Use of Construction Materials
The remnants of construction materials purchased at the expense of state subventions for emergency repairs may be used as part of local material reserves for emergency situations. Local authorities must use these materials in accordance with the approved procedure. This allows for more efficient use of available resources to respond to various types of emergency situations.

This order assigns the third rank of civil servant to Ohryzko Rostyslav Volodymyrovych, Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The order is an individual act confirming career advancement in the civil service.
Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Transfer of State Enterprises
Two state enterprises (“Re-inform” Information Agency and “National Unity Agency”) are transferred from the sphere of management of the Ministry of National Unity to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity. The “Eco-industrial park “Pivdennyi” industrial park is included in the relevant state register. This opens up opportunities for receiving state support and stimulating the development of the industrial park.

Buildings and structures in the city of Trostianets, Sumy region, are transferred to the ownership of the Trostianets city territorial community. The community is free to dispose of this property at its own discretion.

A temporary monetary compensation instead of food is provided for September 2025 if the purchase of food services is delayed. The amount of compensation is UAH 1,621.4 per month, in proportion to the number of school days. Control over the use of funds allocated for food and compensation has been strengthened.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the accounting, storage and disposal of confiscated property
Customs authorities control goods for compliance with intellectual property rights in accordance with Article 402-1 of the Customs Code of Ukraine and notify the rights holder of the availability of such goods. The rights holder provides a conclusion on the presence or absence of a violation of intellectual property rights, and in case of confirmation of the violation, the goods are subject to destruction at his expense. The procedure for transferring goods for destruction, drawing up acts and the presence of the parties during destruction has been established.

Ruling of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Regarding the Constitutional Complaint
The Constitutional Court of Ukraine closed the constitutional proceedings in the case, recognizing the complaint as inadmissible. The complainant did not substantiate how the disputed provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine violate his constitutional rights. A constitutional complaint is not a means of appealing court decisions or expressing disagreement with law enforcement practice.
Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding the Regulation of the Activities of Legal Entities
The provisions of existing procedures have been harmonized with the new legislation governing the activities of certain legal entities. A temporary procedure for the distribution of rent for the property of state-owned enterprises that are being transformed into joint-stock companies or LLCs has been established. Changes have been made to the rent for property transferred under the right of usufruct.

The heads of the Ukrainian part of joint intergovernmental commissions on cooperation with various countries have been determined. Issues regarding the deputies of the head of the Ukrainian part of the commission and the performance of the duties of the head in case of his/her absence or liquidation of the position have been regulated. Previous decrees on this issue have been repealed.

Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine Regarding the Use of Cloud Technologies by Banks
Defines the procedure for the use of cloud technologies by banks and other financial institutions, establishing rules and requirements for the use of cloud services. It is forbidden to involve providers from aggressor countries. Institutions are obliged to inform the NBU about concluded contracts, amendments to them, and termination. Banks independently develop technologies for banking operations.
Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Regarding Security Measures in Handling Weapons in the SDIS
Defines a system of measures to ensure the personal safety of SDIS personnel, preventing accidents during the handling of weapons. The rules for handling weapons, the procedure for receiving and returning weapons, as well as safety measures during official tasks and training, are established.
