    ЗАТВЕРДЖЕНО Розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України від 10 травня 2024 р. № 420-р ЗМІНИ, що вносяться до розділу II Зводу відомостей, що становлять державну таємницю 1. У позиції 2.1.1: 1) в абзаці першому слова “у воєнній сфері,” виключити; 2) доповнити абзацами такого змісту: “Відомості про дислокацію, характеристики пунктів управління (командних пунктів) стратегічного та оперативно-стратегічного рівня, захищеність, організацію зв’язку в них, систему їх охорони та оборони. Відомості про місця зберігання (склади, арсенали, бази) мобілізаційних запасів матеріально-технічних засобів державного резерву.”. 2. У позиції 2.1.2: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про обсяги, плани, завдання з постачання, виробництва, ремонту озброєння, військової техніки, боєприпасів, їх складових частин, інших засобів, що забезпечують обороноздатність держави, за окремими зразками, номенклатурою, а також про нові технології їх виробництва, модернізації.”; 2) доповнити абзацами такого змісту: “Відомості про наукові, науково-дослідні, дослідно-конструкторські та інші роботи, що проводяться з метою створення (модернізації) озброєння, військової техніки та інших засобів, які забезпечують обороноздатність держави, про їхні тактико-технічні характеристики, технології виробництва та застосування, якщо ці відомості розкривають науково-технічні або технологічні рішення, які мають важливе значення для зміцнення обороноздатності держави, за окремими зразками. Відомості про потреби (завдання), обсяги закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг оборонного призначення за окремими показниками номенклатури, якщо ці відомості розкривають дані про науково-технічні або технологічні рішення, які мають важливе значення для зміцнення обороноздатності держави. Відомості про хід виконання, завершення державних контрактів, договорів (контрактів) з постачання, виробництва, модернізації озброєння, військової техніки та боєприпасів, їх складових частин.”. 3. У позиції 2.1.5: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про обсяги, зміст, організацію, стан, мобілізаційні плани та заходи з підготовки держави до оборони, а також про стан забезпечення життєдіяльності населення та функціонування національної економіки в особливий період.”; 2) доповнити абзацами такого змісту: “Відомості про методики, способи визначення обсягів фінансування заходів з мобілізаційної підготовки та мобілізації. Відомості про заходи, передбачені мобілізаційними планами щодо виробництва озброєння, військової техніки та боєприпасів в особливий період, потреби в матеріально-технічних ресурсах для зазначених цілей, а також про нарощування виробничих потужностей.”. 4. У позиції 2.2.1: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про організацію, склад, дислокацію, озброєння, чисельність Збройних Сил України, інших військових формувань, їх підготовку, забезпечення, про мобілізаційне розгортання, військові можливості, стратегічні та оперативні плани, заходи щодо підвищення бойової та мобілізаційної готовності.”; 2) доповнити абзацами такого змісту: “Відомості про структуру, функції та завдання Головного управління розвідки Міністерства оборони України, за окремими показниками. Відомості про обсяги, зміст, плани та стан підготовки фахівців з питань розвідки.”. 5. У позиції 2.3.3: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про напрями, плани, заходи, обсяги, джерела фінансування та матеріально-технічне забезпечення контррозвідувальної діяльності Служби безпеки України.”; 2) доповнити абзацом такого змісту: “Відомості про особовий склад органів контррозвідки Служби безпеки України.”. 6. У позиції 2.4.1: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про стан охорони державного кордону України, виключної (морської) економічної зони та континентального шельфу України, про заходи, сили і засоби, що використовуються з цією метою.”; 2) доповнити абзацами такого змісту: “Відомості про організацію, структуру, завдання, сили, засоби, методи та результати оперативно-розшукової діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України. Відомості про обсяги, плани та стан підготовки фахівців з питань оперативно-розшукової діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України.”. 7. У позиції 2.5.1: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про державні програми, плани, заходи у сфері криптографічного захисту інформації, про наукові, науково-дослідні, дослідно-конструкторські роботи з питань криптографічного захисту інформації, про організацію та стан криптографічного захисту інформації в Україні.”; 2) доповнити абзацом такого змісту: “Відомості про науково-технічні та технологічні рішення, що використовуються для розробки, виготовлення та впровадження засобів криптографічного захисту інформації.”. 8. У позиції 2.6.1: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про зміст, напрями, плани, обсяги, організацію, фінансування заходів з питань технічного захисту інформації, про загрози інформаційній безпеці України.”; 2) доповнити абзацами такого змісту: “Відомості про науково-технічні та технологічні рішення з питань виявлення вразливостей, прихованих можливостей в інформаційно-комунікаційних системах. Відомості про вразливості, приховані можливості в інформаційно-комунікаційних системах, технології їх виявлення, усунення, нейтралізації.”. 9. У позиції 2.7.1: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про структуру, функції, завдання та діяльність Національної поліції України, Служби безпеки України, органів прокуратури, органів Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України, інших державних органів, залучених до здійснення оперативно-розшукової діяльності, розслідування злочинів, про напрями, плани, заходи, сили, засоби, методи оперативно-розшукової діяльності, про їх фінансування та матеріально-технічне забезпечення, а також про результати оперативно-розшукової діяльності.”; 2) доповнити абзацами такого змісту: “Відомості про негласних штатних працівників, осіб, які конфіденційно співпрацюють або раніше співпрацювали з органами, що здійснюють оперативно-розшукову діяльність, а також про осіб, які сприяють вирішенню завдань кримінального судочинства, щодо їхньої приналежності до зазначених органів. Відомості про форми, методи, засоби здійснення контррозвідувальних заходів Національною поліцією України.”. 10. У позиції 2.8.2: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про коди, системи зв’язку, управління, оповіщення, централізованого оповіщення, які використовуються в особливий період, про організацію, функціонування урядового, спеціального зв’язку.”; 2) доповнити абзацом такого змісту: “Відомості про організацію, функціонування, потужності, пропускну спроможність, технології, протоколи зв’язку, засоби шифрування інформації, що використовуються в системах зв’язку спеціального призначення.”. 11. У позиції 2.9.1: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про стан цивільного захисту населення і територій від надзвичайних ситуацій, про організацію, структуру сил цивільного захисту, їх забезпечення, про мобілізаційні плани та заходи з питань цивільного захисту.”; 2) доповнити абзацами такого змісту: “Відомості про дислокацію та характеристики об’єктів, призначених для укриття населення. Відомості про обсяги накопичення, зберігання, освіження та використання матеріальних резервів для запобігання та ліквідації наслідків надзвичайних ситуацій.”. 12. Позицію 2.10.1 викласти в такій редакції: “Відомості про географічні координати об’єктів критичної інфраструктури.”. 13. Доповнити розділ позицією 2.12 такого змісту: “2.12. В сфері космічної діяльності 2.12.1. Відомості про технології подвійного використання, що застосовуються під час провадження космічної діяльності, за окремими показниками.”.
