    **On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation** Відповідно до підпункту 5 пункту 4 Положення про Міністерство з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 05 червня 2020 року № 476, According to subparagraph 5 of paragraph 4 of the Regulation on the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 476 of June 5, 2020, НАКАЗУЮ: I ORDER: 1. Затвердити Зміни до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22 грудня 2022 року № 309 (у редакції наказу Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 25 квітня 2023 року № 104), що додаються. 1. To approve the Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation, approved by the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine No. 309 of December 22, 2022 (as amended by the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine No. 104 of April 25, 2023), attached hereto. 2. Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 03 жовтня 2023 року № 254 «Про затвердження Змін до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією». 2. To recognize as invalid the Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine No. 254 of October 3, 2023 “On Approval of Amendments to the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation.” 3. Департаменту правового забезпечення (Кругляк А.) забезпечити подання цього наказу на державну реєстрацію до Міністерства юстиції України в установленому порядку. 3. The Department of Legal Support (Kruhliak A.) shall ensure the submission of this Order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure. 4. Цей наказ набирає чинності з дня його офіційного опублікування. 4. This Order shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
