This is an order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, assigning the second rank of a civil servant to Ivan Serhiyovych Bochku, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The decision was made on the basis of Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.
