This Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amends two procedures governing drug prices: the Procedure for Price Referencing and the Procedure for Price Declaration in the National Price Catalog. The changes concern the exclusion of certain provisions regulating these processes.
The structure of the resolution includes the resolution on amendments and an annex containing a list of specific amendments to the aforementioned procedures. The changes concern the exclusion of subparagraph 3 of paragraph 4 of the Procedure for Price Referencing and the exclusion of the words “according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health” from subparagraph 3 of paragraph 5 of the Procedure for Price Declaration.
The most important aspect for the use of this resolution is understanding how the changes affect the process of referencing and declaring drug prices. In particular, it should be taken into account that the exclusion of certain provisions may change the list of required documents or procedures to be followed when setting drug prices.
