    **On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Use of Land Plots for the Development of Digital Infrastructure**

    This law amends a number of legislative acts of Ukraine in order to simplify and accelerate the procedures related to the use of land plots for the development of digital infrastructure and the placement of defense industry facilities, especially under martial law.

    The law amends the Land Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine “On Pledge”, “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine”, “On Land Management”, “On Mortgage”, “On the Procedure for Allocation in Kind (on the Ground) of Land Plots to Owners of Land Shares (Pai)”, “On Farm Farming”, “On Land Lease”, “On Land Valuation”, “On the Alienation of Land Plots, Other Immovable Property Located on Them, Which are Privately Owned, for Public Needs or for Reasons of Public Necessity”, “On Access to Public Information”, “On Regulation of Urban Development”, “On the Legal Regime of Land of Protection Zones of Main Pipelines Facilities”, “On the State Land Cadastre”, “On the Transfer, Forced Alienation or Seizure of Property under the Legal Regime of Martial Law or State of Emergency”, “On State Registration of Property Rights to Immovable Property and Their Encumbrances”, “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Land Use Planning” and “On Electronic Communications”.

    The most important provisions of the law include: simplifying the procedure for granting land plots for the deployment of electronic communication networks, establishing clear deadlines for reviewing applications and concluding lease agreements; regulating the issues of compulsory alienation of land plots for defense and economic needs under martial law, especially in the Zakarpattia region; defining the features of the formation and registration of land plots in territories where hostilities are taking place; as well as changes regarding urban planning documentation and territorial planning.
